COVID-19 POLICY

As the situation with respect to COD-19 continues to evolve, the health and safety of our couples (clients) and our staff remain our highest priority.

We are monitoring developments on a weekly basis and will continue to be guided by the advice and directions of the Australian Government & Department of Health. We will do our part to protect the community by following the protocols of hygiene in our studio and on-site each day.

CURRENT BOOKINGS and COVID POLICY
Our policy has been designed to give clients the utmost confidence that if their event can't go ahead, due to issues with C-19, we will work with them to ensure a suitable outcome. ⁠

We are offering free postponements if your wedding cannot go ahead due to COVID restrictions. In other words, Cinemotive will credit (not refund) the deposit and re-assign the booking to a new date with no financial penalties.

However, the allocated photo/video team can change on the new date.

Full cancellations will be subject to our reservation and cancellation policies outlined in your contract.
